Logansport Savings Bank Celebrates Peru's Circus City Tradition Through Community Sponsorship
Logansport Savings Bank was proud to support the Peru Circus City Festival and celebrate the rich circus heritage that brings the Miami County community together each year. As part of the annual festival held July 10–July 18, 2026, Logansport Savings Bank proudly served as a sponsor of both the Peru Amateur Circus and the Peru Circus City Festival Parade.
On Wednesday, July 15, Logansport Savings Bank was honored to be the Co-Sponsor of the Day for the Peru Amateur Circus. Community members attending the evening performance were invited to free sweet treats courtesy of Logansport Savings Bank before the spectacular performance began.
The Peru Amateur Circus is one of the community’s most celebrated traditions and draws thousands of visitors each year. According to the Pharos-Tribune/Plain Dealer, the Peru Amateur Circus is Peru’s largest festival event, attracting more than 10,000 attendees annually. The circus features approximately 200 children and young adults ages 7 to 21 who perform multiple shows throughout the eight-day festival, showcasing dedication, teamwork, and incredible talent.
Logansport Savings Bank also proudly sponsored the Peru City Circus Festival Parade on Saturday, July 18. Logansport Savings Bank team members dressed in their red t-shirts and joined the parade route, greeting families and festivalgoers while handing out candy and balloons along the way. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with neighbors, celebrate local traditions, and share in the excitement of one of Miami County’s most anticipated events.
Over the decades, the Circus City Festival has grown into a beloved annual tradition that honors this heritage while providing opportunities for young performers to learn, grow, and continue the legacy for future generations.
Logansport Savings Bank is proud to support the communities we serve and looks forward to continuing to invest in local organizations, events, and traditions that make Cass and Miami Counties special.
