ATM & Debit Cards

In today's increasingly cashless world, cards are more convenient than ever before. Logansport Savings Bank wants you to be able to use your debit card safely and securely to meet your financial needs and goals. Our debit cards enable ATM cash withdrawals and have the worldwide acceptance of a MasterCard®.

Limits: 

We have pre-set limits on your debit card to further prevent potential fraud.

  • ATM Withdrawal Limit = $500 per day
  • POS (point of sale) Limit = $1000 per day
  • Transaction Frequency Limit = 15 transactions per day

This includes all types (POS, ATM, balance inquiry, etc.).
 

Traveling:

  • Verify with the bank the phone number you can be contacted at while traveling.
  • Use your PIN number as much as possible. If you are traveling out of the country, you can only use your debit card at an ATM.
  • Be aware that you may be called by a 1-800# identified as Logansport Savings Bank to verify transactions on your account to ensure there are no fraudulent charges while you are traveling.
     

Monitoring and Reporting Fraud:

Contact us immediately at (833) 995-2888 to report unauthorized transactions under your account involving your Logansport Savings Bank debit card. You may also contact us at this number if one of the following situations has occurred:

  • If you believe you were charged an amount that you did not agree to
  • If a duplicate charge cleared your account
  • If you canceled a service and were charged,
  • If merchandise/service was not as described based on the description provided to you by the merchant,
  • If credit was not processed to you that was promised by merchant,
  • Or if you did not receive the merchandise or service that you ordered and was agreed upon by merchant.

This process will initiate the start of your fraud dispute and claim. Please stop by the branch if you need any further assistance with your situation.
